Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our facility.

We believe in full transparency. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can monitor your package’s journey in real-time.
🧾 4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders (outside the US), please be aware that your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
These charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer.
Ciaobye does not collect these fees, and they are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout.
❗ 5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Your peace of mind is our priority. If something goes wrong, we’re here to fix it:
Lost or Delayed: If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please [Contact Us]. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, depending on the results, offer a replacement or a full refund.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the product and the packaging within 7 days of delivery. We will prioritize your claim and send a replacement immediately.
