We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.

🗓️ 1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unwashed.

In its original packaging.

With all tags still attached.Please Note: Items returned without prior contact or outside the 14-day return window may not be accepted.

🚫 2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards.

Items marked as "Final Sale".

Custom or made-to-order products.

Apparel that has been worn or washed.

🔁 3. Exchanges

Need a different size or design? No problem. Simply request an exchange within the return period, and we’ll help you swap it out (subject to availability).

💸 4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Timeline: It usually takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

📦 5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product, we will cover all shipping costs.

💬 6. How to Start a Return

It’s easy. Just email us  with:

Your order number.

The reason for the return.

(Optional) A photo of the item if it arrived damaged.

We’ll reply with the next steps and shipping instructions.
