How long will it take to get my order?
Speed is part of our hustle. Most orders are processed and delivered within 3 to 5 business days.Please note: These are estimated timeframes. During peak seasons (holidays, sales), delivery may take slightly longer.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly to get your CiaoBye gear to you ASAP! If you need to modify or cancel, contact us immediately . We'll do our best to help, but once an order is in production, changes may not be possible.
How do your hoodies fit?
Our hoodies and cropped tops are True to Size. We recommend ordering your usual size for a standard fit. If you are looking for that baggy, oversized streetwear aesthetic, we suggest sizing up.
Do you have a size guide?
Yes! Detailed measurements are available on each individual product page to help you find your perfect match.
What is your return policy?
We want you to wear our brand with pride. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery.
What are the conditions for a return?
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging. To start a return, simply contact our support team with your order number.
How should I wash my CiaoBye apparel?
To protect the artwork and keep the fabric premium, always wash cold and inside out. This ensures Lux, Bacchus, and Yummy stay vibrant wash after wash.
Can I use a dryer?
Air-drying is the best way to maintain the shape and quality of the garment. If you must use a dryer, please use a low-heat setting to avoid shrinkage.
Are your designs permanent?
Not always. Some models are Limited Edition drops. Once they sell out, they may never be restocked. If you see a piece you love, make it yours before it’s gone.
